Wellness Center
Courtesy of the OOOOX architecture studio, the ingenious, unorthodox design has transformed a former nuclear shelter into a fully equipped fitness facility. The spa & wellness zone includes Finnish sauna and steam room, crushed ice, cold water bucket, and most importantly, a unique glass 18-meter swimming pool. There is also a rest area with massage tables and poolside Jacuzzis.
Concierge
Let others do your chores. Vanguard offers residents concierge services. Trained, reliable staff are available on a 24/7 basis to handle any and all needs you might have. Accepting mail, walking and boarding your pets, watering plants in your dwelling, grocery shopping, collecting your children from school and activities, booking air travel, organizing personalized vacations, procuring VIP tickets for concerts and sporting events, ordering laundry and ironing services, making restaurant reservations, and arranging car wash and repair services. Likewise, the concierge will set up your TV, computer, Internet connection, and help with moving. In short, the concierge will take care of anything and everything.
Vanguard offers an application that allows you to chat with or call the concierge, book a time slot in the car lift, the barbecue terrace, the sauna, and the party room, call the passenger elevator, and open the entrance door.
